SNTRSAT is a CubeSat designed for production via SLS 3d printing. A Cubesat is a 10 cm cube picosatellite; these mini satellites have become popular for the reduced development cost due to their smaller size.
The SNTRSAT makes use of 3d printing technology to incorporate all of the mounting features for the various hardware of the satellite into much fewer parts compared to a traditional Cubesat. The design uses Windform XT, a carbon fiber reinforced polyamide SLS material.
